What is your
cancellation policy?
All deposits
are non-refundable unless circumstances beyond our control prevent
us from performing the service.
When does billing
start and stop?
Charges are
accrued beginning at pick-up and ending at the final drop-off. A
fifteen minute (15 minute) grace period is allowed.
